Heim Joints have been used in Tucker Sno-Cat® vehicles for several years, and have proven to be a great upgrade to the original tie rod ends. The pictures below show the joint components and the spanner wrench. We recommend greasing these every 25 hours of operation, in addition to an annual adjustment. If during the adjustment, while using the spanner wrench, you can not get all the possible movement out of the joint, consult your manual or call our service department. We can instruct how to disassemble and rebuild the joint.
